My name is Peter.
Born in London, grown in Bangladesh, raised in Glastonbury - my upbringing and multiracial ancestry has been unusual, and at times unstable. I learnt to fit in, and eventually stand out, so I know what it’s like to feel insecure and insignificant.
I’ve suffered from personal tragedy; suicide to substance abuse in my family, which led to self doubt, self harm and self hate. I hid the pain, suppressing my emotions using sex, drugs and alcohol to escape. After a street fight nearly killed me, I got arrested and realised I’d hit rock bottom. Yet with struggle comes freedom.
I was stuck in my head, and now walk others back home to their hearts. For those of you that know there’s more to life, and are ready to take the leap of faith - I invite you to drop into your full expression.
My superpower is authenticity. I’ve worked hard at integrating the shattered parts of my childhood and adolescent trauma. Whether living with Shipibos in the Amazon, to training in Flowstate - every rite of passage has initiated further self leadership.
With a colourful 10+ year career in fast paced and creative roles, I found success as a TV presenter, “won” 3 dating shows and worked with brands such as MTV, Vice Media, RT UK, TimeOut and more.
After attending my first men’s circle in 2019, I realised how important this work is, so became trained to facilitate, eventually running my own in-person and online groups.
Currently I work with organisations such as Sacred Sons, to lead their online training and retreats across the world, whilst offering 1-2-1 coaching and consultancy.
